Below, we have explained what we define to be a General Administative Service, Professional Service and a Technical Service. These three categories are priced at different levels. General Administrative Services. This is the standard VA service that originated with the field. These include your day-to-day activities, such as customer service, research, phone assistance, correspondance, typing, editing and proofreading. The types of services you would ask your secretary to do.

Professional Services . Sometimes, you just need the help of a Professional, someone that is an "expert" in their field. But what do we consider to be a Professional Service? Transcription, Medical Billing, Legal Secretary, Real Estate Secretary, Bookkeeping/Accounting, Marketing and Writing (ghost, web, etc.), to name a few. Anything someone had to go to school to aquire the knowledge or have years of hands-on experience.

Technical Services . Let's face it. Not everyone is technical. But, aren't you happy there are those out there that are? Web design, graphic design, desktop publishing, ebook creation, shopping cart setups, blog setups, autoresponder setup and maintenance, podcasting, audio adjustments and online video commercials are just a few examples of the technical services you can find.

We also offer Retainer packages for customers who would like to pay us in advance for services rendered. Retainer packages are a contract between you, the client, and us, the VA, to maintain working together at a discounted price for early pay.
