Susan McCool, VOA Owner

Susan McCool has a diverse background in bookkeeping, office management, internet marketing, graphic design, web design and development, search engine optimization, creative and copy writing and more. She owns and operates two businesses, Virtual Office Associates and Spotlight Marketing and Design.

Susan launched her Virtual Assistant business, Virtual Office Associates, in 2006 and has steadily built her company to the successful business it is today. Virtual Office Associates (VOA) offers administrative services to small/medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs who do not need an in-house assistant and are looking for a cost effective solution for their administrative needs. VOA provides assistance in three tiers:

Each member of the VOA Virtual Team offers their own specialty; making the team a vast source of knowledge and expertise.
